For the month of April we challenge you to get 30 minutes of exercise EVERYDAY! It can be moderate or vigorous exercise and any type you like. The only rule is that your intent is to exercise (please don’t include household chores, errands or gardening).
Each day you complete 30 minutes of exercise (or more) simply text Kelly at 503-484-3848 saying “Daily30 done!”. For each day you complete exercise you will be entered into a drawing to win a new pair of boxing gloves!
